  • Final pricing depends on event requirements, duration, and location.

  • Travel charges may apply outside standard service areas.

4. Payments

  • An advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

  • Full payment must be completed before or on the event date (as agreed).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Ensure venue access & permissions

  • Arrange the necessary power supply

  • Ensure safety compliance

6. Limitation of Liability

Zappi shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic or venue restrictions

  • Force majeure events

  • Third-party vendor issues beyond reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on zappi.in, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Zappi and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
